A yearling female caramel coastal carpet python

Description: This female caramel coastal carpet hatched in January of last year and so is 12 months old now. She is heterozygous (het) for a type of hypomelanistic gene we call the caramel morph. When crossed with a normal carpet, she will produce on average a ratio of 1/2 hets (like her) and 1/2 normal looking offspring. This snake is about 1.5 metres in length and is feeding strongly on fresh or thawed rats. We haven't sold this form before and so the price is yet to be set, but I would expect to ask at least $750 each for hatchlings when we start to produce more in a year's time.
