Description: This promising male albino carpet python hatched early November 2008 and so is just over 4 months old. He is the progeny of "Grace" a het daughter of the original wild caught albino female Blondie. Albinos start off as pink hatchlings and then gradually their distinctive yellow and gold coloration increases until they are about 2.5 years old. This male is starting to show banding and looks like he will develop into what we call the "classic" albino - bright yellow and white banding. Grace has produced a number of albinos like this over the years. This male hatchling has been an excellent feeder since first shed and is feeding on fresh or frozen mice. Having shed 3 times now he is well established and approximately 0.75 metres in length. Normally we would sell a yearling male albino like this for around $6,000.
